At Fajr Academy, you will support international parents and students via WhatsApp and email: manage trial class scheduling, answer inquiries warmly, and ensure top-tier student satisfaction.
Working shifts: Evening & night shifts aligned with UK/US timezones
What you'll do
- Promptly respond to parent inquiries on WhatsApp regarding trial bookings and course details
- Coordinate trial schedules between parents and suitable teachers
- Follow up with parents after free trials to confirm permanent class timings and fee receipts
- Log updates accurately in our student database and CRM
What we're looking for
- Fluent or high proficiency in written and spoken English and Bengali
- Empathetic, polite, and service-oriented communication skills
- Quick typing speed and familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
- Patience and attentiveness in resolving customer concerns
- Laptop/PC and reliable internet connection
Compensation
16,000 – 24,000 BDT / month
Base salary with enrollment and parent satisfaction bonuses.
