These terms apply when you use fajracademy.io, book a free trial class, or enrol in classes with Fajr Academy (“we”, “us”), based in Dhaka, Bangladesh (Trade License: 027681).

By using the website or our classes, you agree to these terms. If a booking is for a child, the parent or guardian who makes the booking agrees to these terms on the child's behalf.

We provide live, one-to-one online classes in Qur'an reading, Tajweed, Hifz, Arabic and Islamic Studies for children and adults. Course descriptions on this website are a guide; the exact plan, pace and goals for each student are agreed with the academy and the teacher.

A stable internet connection and a suitable device are needed to join classes. We are not responsible for classes affected by problems with your own connection or device.

• A trial class is free of charge and carries no obligation to enrol.
• The date and time you choose on the booking form is a preference. Your trial is confirmed only when our team confirms it with you on WhatsApp.
• We match teachers based on your preferences (teaching language and teacher gender), subject to availability.
• Please provide accurate details so we can arrange the right class for the student.
• We may limit free trials to one per student.

Course fees, class frequency and schedule are agreed with you before enrolment. Fees are payable as agreed at the time of enrolment.

Online payments are processed securely by SSLCOMMERZ, which accepts cards, mobile banking and net banking. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Refunds, missed classes and make-up classes are handled according to the policy explained to you at enrolment. If you have any question about this, please contact us before you pay.

• Class times are arranged in Bangladesh Standard Time (BDT). We show your local time where we can, but please double-check times if your country changes its clocks for daylight saving.
• Please join classes on time and let us know as early as possible if you cannot attend.
• If a teacher is unavailable, we will let you know and arrange a replacement class or another teacher where possible.

We want every class to be respectful and safe. Students, parents and teachers are expected to:

• behave respectfully and in line with Islamic manners (adab);
• dress modestly on camera;
• not record, share or publish classes without permission;
• keep class links private and not share them with others.

For young students, we recommend that a parent or guardian is nearby during classes. We may pause or end classes if these expectations are not met.

The text, images, videos, logo and course materials on this website and in our classes belong to Fajr Academy or are used with permission. You may use them for the student's own learning, but you may not copy, sell or redistribute them without our written permission.

When using this website, please do not:

• submit false information or book trials on behalf of others without their permission;
• send spam or automated requests through the booking form;
• attempt to interfere with the website's security or operation.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but information such as course details may change and the site may occasionally be unavailable.

Our website links to and uses services run by others, including WhatsApp, YouTube, Google and SSLCOMMERZ. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

We teach every class with care, but learning outcomes depend on many factors, including regular practice. To the extent permitted by law, Fajr Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our classes. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the website or our classes after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We will always try to resolve any concern with you directly first — please get in touch.
