At Fajr Academy, you will guide dedicated students through structured Qur'an memorisation and daily revision using the classical Sabq, Sabqi, and Manzil system.
Working shifts: Early morning (Fajr time) or international evening shifts
What you'll do
- Listen to daily new memorization (Sabq), recent lessons (Sabqi), and cumulative revision (Manzil)
- Identify Mutashabihat (similar verses) and provide memory techniques to prevent forgetfulness
- Record audio checkpoints and maintain student memorization ledgers
- Instill spiritual discipline and love for the Qur'an in the student's daily routine
What we're looking for
- Complete Hafiz/Hafiza of the Holy Qur'an with Sanad or formal Madrasah certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience coaching Hifz students
- Ability to speak conversational English for overseas students
- High level of punctuality and personal discipline
- Your own laptop or PC with stable broadband connection
Compensation
18,000 – 28,000 BDT / month
Includes milestone completion bonuses for students graduating Juz/surah targets.
