At Fajr Academy, you will produce engaging, high-retention short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and inspirational Islamic educational media that connect diaspora Muslims to the Qur'an.
Working shifts: Flexible remote project hours with weekly delivery milestones
What you'll do
- Edit 15–20 high-quality short-form reels/shorts per month highlighting Quranic verses, Tajweed tips, and student stories
- Add aesthetic Arabic calligraphy subtitles, English typography, and clean audio mastering
- Design striking video thumbnails and social media graphic banners
- Collaborate with the academic team to conceptualize viral, educational da'wah content
What we're looking for
- Strong portfolio of published Islamic, educational, or talking-head short-form videos
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Respect for Islamic media values, ethical guidelines, and aesthetics
- Own editing rig/PC capable of smooth 4K/1080p video rendering
Compensation
18,000 – 28,000 BDT / month
Salary based on skill portfolio and monthly video output.
