At Fajr Academy, you will oversee teacher demo sessions, conduct class quality audits, mentor newly joined teachers, and resolve student scheduling conflicts to ensure excellence.
Working shifts: Full-time roster (rotating morning/evening management shifts)
What you'll do
- Review teacher audition recordings and conduct live teacher demo evaluations
- Observe ongoing live classes randomly to maintain high pedagogical and Tajweed standards
- Host monthly teacher training workshops and one-to-one improvement feedback sessions
- Coordinate with the admissions desk to resolve teacher-student timetable mismatches
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of educational management, team leadership, or senior Qur'an teaching experience
- Thorough command of Tajweed standards, modern online pedagogy, and Zoom/Google Meet tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bengali
- Organized, empathetic, and proactive problem solver
- Dedicated home workstation with high-speed internet and power backup
Compensation
22,000 – 32,000 BDT / month
Full-time position with fixed base salary plus performance bonuses.
